Advice For-Friendships.

One of those things that you always assume you can rely on is that your friends will always be there for you, and when they're not, sometimes you just honestly cannot understand why. Whether it's someone you thought you could trust going behind your back, or hearing something a friend has said about you that wasn't meant to get back to you, that has happened to everybody once before, and if people say it hasn't..it's most likely that they're the people saying or doing those things!
If I've learnt one thing, through personal experience, it's that it's very easy to rely on someone, but very hard to totally trust them, especially if you've had bad experiences with friends in the past. But not every friend you make is going to let you down, in fact, the majority of them won't. The most important thing to do, isn't to completely lay your heart on the line for friends, or to trust nobody and talk to nobody about anything important, but to find a happy medium. Decide for yourself you can trust, and if you get it wrong, well hey, you're only human.
Although people talk about broken hearts hurting most of all, I'd be inclined to say that losing a friend might have just as big of an effect, perhaps a bigger one, on a person.
Another important point is: never treat someone in a way in which you wouldn't want to be treated; meaning, if you talk about someone behind their back, don't be angry if they do it back, because, after all, you've done it too. Everybody has a right to say whatever they like, but don't have double standards, cos that will come back to bite you. Majorly. On top of all of this, you have to remember that things will change and people will change too, in fact, anything when it's given time, changes. And there's no way to stop it. Everything happens for a reason, some things suck and you wonder why, but in the end you will get something positive out of it, even if you don't realise that's why the good thing happened.
